Bhagya Achievers offers a Refund and cancellation Policy which is Fair and Equitable.

Upon enrolling in a course with any educational institution a student is entering a legal agreement under common law, in which they agree to abide by the conditions of enrolment (including meeting stated payments), in exchange for the service offered by the institution in the delivery of the course.

Please note, changes in your circumstances are not the responsibility Bhagya Achievers and neither can Bhagya Achievers be held liable for changes in your circumstances.

In a situation where a student wishes to cancel or change their enrolment, and as a measure of goodwill, Bhagya Achievers will allow the following options. A student may only take up one of these options once. Services at The Bhagya Achievers are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-cancellable in any case.

The Bhagya Achievers recommends understanding all the details, policies, and working criteria before placing the order. We will not be able to entertain any request to cancel any order no matter what the reason is. But the course can be changed. If the fees of the course to which the user wants to shift are higher than the subscribed one, then the user is liable to pay the due amount. Also, if the amount of the newly desired course is lesser than the currently opted course, then there will not be any refund.

Exceptional Case

• Once you have registered and paid, there is no refund policy. However, we do issue refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as where a payee would suffer an unjustified loss due to an error in the facts or calculation of the payment, a duplicate payment, incorrect denominations, or other improper deductions from the payment.
• We provide reimbursements based solely on the specifics of each individual situation (between 5-10days of the transaction).
• Any refund requests may be denied for any reason we see fit.
• Only the original payment method (bank account or credit card) will be refunded.
• When a refund is requested, it will not be issued until the account holder's credentials have been thoroughly verified.
• We do not entertain any cheque or cash refunds. We only offer online refunds.

Note

1. Any applicable processing fees will be deducted from refund amount.

2. We do not entertain refunds for any registrations made during discounted or promotional campaigns.

While we have taken utmost care to ensure that our payment gateway is secure, we do not guarantee or represent that using our services will not result in unauthorized data use or theft of data online. We use the services of a third-party payment service provider for our online payment gateway.

We and our payment service provider do not assume any liability for any type of damage, monetary or otherwise that a customer may suffer due to any delay, interruption, corruption or failure of information transmission during payment.

Dispute Statement

The company, Bhagya Achievers is registered in Haryana and shall be governed by the laws of India. If case of any dispute, it should be submitted as per the jurisdiction of the courts of Sirsa, Haryana.
