SSC 2023 vacancy details

The SSC Exams stands for staff selection commission exams are being conducted by Government of India to recruit staff for various posts in ministries, departments and organizations. This blog will inform you about various staff selection commission exams such as SSC CGL, SSC CHSL, SSC JE, SSC GD, SSC CPO, SSC MTS and SSC Stenographer exam.

SSC CGL- It is a graduate level recruitment drive organized by the government of India for various position such as Assistant audit officer, Assistant accounts officers, Tax assistant, Upper divisions clerk and many others.

SSC CHSL- It is a higher secondary level recruitment drive which aims to recruit candidates for posts such as Lower divisional Clerk (LDC), Junior secretariat assistant (JSA), Sorting Assistant (SA) and many others.

SSC GD- This is for recruitment of constable (GD) where the minimum age for application is 18 years and the candidates must be 10^th pass.

SSC CPO- This exam is for recruitment for post of sub inspector and assistant sub inspector. Candidate must have a bachelor degree from recognized university or college.

SSC JE- This exam is for recruitment of the post of junior engineer within the fields such as civil, electrical, and mechanical and quantity surveying and contracts for various departments or organization within the government of India

SSC MTS-This exam is for recruitment of multitasking staff for various government departments which include peons, operators and havaldars.

SSC Stenographer- This exam is for recruitments of stenographers with various duties such as speech writing, press briefings, assisting ministers and officers and many others. The minimum education qualification is 12^th pass.

Staff Selection Commission has released the final vacancies for the SSC CHSL 2023 recruitment which will fill a total of 1600 vacancies tentatively whereas SSC CGL 2023 seeks to fill around 7500 vacancies through the recruitment drive. The SSC GD 2023 have a higher number of vacancies where 50187 vacancies seek to be fulfilled where 44439 candidates are for male candidates and 5573 are for female candidates.

The higher number of vacancies for a SSC exams results in low cut off for which motivation level of candidates will be high influencing them to take better preparation for the exams.
