The LIC AAO Interview 2026 is the Final and most crucial stage of the LIC Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) recruitment process. Candidates who have successfully qualified the LIC AAO Main Examination 2026 are shortlisted for Phase III – Interview.
For the Final Merit List, the Interview stage plays a crucial role as interview marks are added to the mains exam score to prepare the final selection list. Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks in the interview to be eligible for final appointment.
