Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold a graduation degree from a recognized university or institution. The degree should have been completed on or after 1st January 2022. Additionally, applicants must have knowledge of the local or official language, which should have been studied in Class 10 or 12.

Age Limit (as on 01/01/2026)

Applicants should be at least 20 years old and not exceed 28 years of age. Age relaxations are applicable for reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD as per government rules.

Apprenticeship Period

The training will be conducted for duration of 12 months. Candidates will be released after successfully completing the apprenticeship tenure.

Monthly Stipend

Selected candidates will receive a total stipend of ₹13,500 per month. This includes ₹9,000 contributed by the bank and ₹4,500 provided by the government through DBT. An additional conveyance allowance of up to ₹1,250 per month may also be given. Note: The DBT portion is applicable only to candidates below 35 years of age.

Working Hours

Trainees will undergo on-the-job training during regular bank working hours, typically from 10 AM to 5 PM, depending on the work schedule of the bank’s staff.
