ICAI CA Final registration 2025 has officially begun, and students aiming to appear for the CA Final exam registration 2025 cycle must ensure they complete their process before the CA Final registration last date 2025, i.e., May 1, 2025. 

As per the latest guidelines from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), from 2025 onwards, the CA Final exam will now be conducted thrice a year – in January, May, and September. To appear for the CA Final September 2025 attempt, students must complete their CA Final course registration 2025 by the cut-off date of 1 May 2025.

CA Final Course Registration 2025: Self-Paced Modules Now Mandatory

During the ICAI CA Final registration 2025, CA students are now required to select Self-Paced Online Modules as part of the curriculum. You will get the option to choose subjects for Set C and Set D at the time of CA Final registration.

No extra fees are applicable for any Self-Paced Module — whether Set A, B, C, or D.

CA Final Registration Fee 2025: Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the CA Final exam registration 2025, candidates must fulfill all the following conditions:

Pass CA Intermediate level: Candidates must have passed both the groups of CA Intermediate level.

CA Articleship Training: Candidates must complete 2 years of articleship training as per the new scheme.

AICITSS complete: Candidates must have completed a four week advanced ICITSS course before registering for the CA Final course.

Eligible candidates can register for the CA Final Exam 2025 by paying the below-mentioned CA Final registration fee:

Students from the Union Territories of Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh, North – East States, Andaman and Nicobar Islands were given a 75% concession in CA Final registration course from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2025.
