1.1 Mission
At Bhagya Achievers, our mission is to provide high-quality educational services, including test series, mentorship, online classes, books, virtual library, community resources, and study plans for aspirants of CA, CS, CMA, and banking & insurance and other competitive exams.
1.2 Applicability of Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and replacements may apply. Please note that all services are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-extendable, except under specific conditions mentioned below.
1.3 Scope of Policy
This policy is applicable to all courses and services provided by Bhagya Achievers, including but not limited to:
- Online Test Series Programmes
- Mentorship and Guidance Programs
- Live and Recorded Classes
- Books (Printed/Hard Copy)
- Virtual Library (Digital Learning Space)
- Community (Free Study Resources & Doubt-Solving Section)
- Study Plans and Evaluation Services
- Free Webinars
- Other Ancillary Services
2. Test Series Policy
2.1 Refund Eligible
Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment – If a student is accidentally charged more than once for the same order.
- Technical Failure – If access to the test series is not available due to a verified system issue.
- Service Non-Delivery – If test series activation is not completed within 7 business working days of purchase.
2.2 Refund Not Eligible
- If the student changes their mind, selects the wrong course/subject, or expresses dissatisfaction after accessing the content.
- If the student has already attempted any part of the test series (e.g., written/attempted a paper).
- If the student remains inactive after purchase or violates our usage policies.
2.3 Cancellation & Upgrades
- Test packages cannot be cancelled once accessed.
- Students may upgrade by paying the price difference if the initial package is unused.
3. Mentorship Programs
3.1 Refund Rules
- Refunds are possible only in cases of duplicate payment or non-delivery within 7 business working days.
- Wrong plan selection, change of mind, or inactivity is not covered under the refund policy.
3.2 Mentor Change
- Allowed within 7 days of activation OR after first session (whichever is later).
- Later changes are chargeable.
3.3 Upgrades & Validity Extension
- Upgrades are permitted only if no session has been taken.
- Mentorship, once activated, cannot be cancelled.
- Validity can be extended upon request, subject to additional charges.
3.4 Pass Guarantee/Assured Programs
Refunds/cancellations for pass guarantee programs apply as per the specific schedule and terms mentioned at enrolment.
4. Banking Mock Tests
4.1 Refund Eligible
- Duplicate Payment: If a student is charged more than once for the same order.
- Technical Failure: If access to the mock test fails due to verified system issues.
- Non-Delivery: If test activation is not completed within 7 business working days of purchase.
4.2 Refund Not Eligible
- Once the mock test has been accessed or attempted.
- Wrong test/package selection, change of mind, or dissatisfaction after access.
- Inactivity on the part of the student or violation of usage policies.
4.3 Cancellations & Upgrades
- Mock test packages, once accessed, cannot be cancelled.
- Students may request an upgrade by paying the price difference, provided the original package remains unused.
5. Online Classes
At Bhagya Achievers, we provide students access to renowned faculties' online classes for CA, CS, and CMA courses (Foundation, Intermediate, and Final). Classes are available in live, recorded, Google Drive, and pen drive formats, along with faculty-provided notes and resources.
5.1 Role & Responsibility
We act as a facilitator between students and faculty, ensuring smooth activation. Academic content and delivery are managed solely by the faculty.
5.2 System Requirements
Students should carefully verify device and software compatibility before purchase to avoid technical difficulties.
5.3 Refunds/Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate Payment – if a student has been charged more than once.
- Technical Issues – if course activation fails due to verified technical reasons.
5.4 Refunds Not Applicable
To maintain fairness and transparency, refunds cannot be offered in the following cases:
- Once classes (live/recorded/pen drive/Google Drive) have been accessed.
- If an incorrect course is selected by the student or if dissatisfaction is expressed after accessing the course.
5.5 Cancellations & Upgrades
- Once a course has been accessed, cancellations are not possible.
- Requests for upgrades or validity extensions will be considered in line with the respective faculty's policy.
5.6 Faculty/Vendor Approval
Final approval of any refund, replacement, upgrade, or extension is strictly based on the decision of the respective faculty/vendor.
6. Books (Revised Statement)
At Bhagya Achievers, we provide faculty-published and recommended books for CA, CS, and CMA students—available in both printed and soft-copy formats. These books include concepts, practice questions, RTPs, MTPs, and past papers as per the latest syllabus.
Our platform only facilitates the purchase and delivery of these books. All content, quality, and academic responsibility lie solely with the respective authors, faculties, and publishers.
Most importantly, all refunds or replacements are processed strictly as per the final decision of the concerned vendor/faculty.
6.1 Refund / Replacement Eligible
- Damaged or Defective Books: Report within 7 business days with valid proof. After verification, replacement/refund will be approved based on the vendor/faculty's assessment.
- Wrong Books Delivered: Eligible for replacement/refund if unused and without any markings.
- Non-Delivery / No Tracking Updates: Applicable if tracking or order confirmation is unavailable for more than 7–10 days.
6.2 Refund Not Eligible
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Minor packaging issues that do not affect the product.
- Damage caused after delivery.
6.3 Return & Refund Process:
- Contact us within 48 hours through email or WhatsApp.
- Provide order details and proof of issue.
- After initial verification, we will coordinate pickup or replacement.
- Refunds/Replacements will be processed within 7–14 business days.
6.4 Vendor Final Decision
Final approval rests with the respective faculty/vendor.
7. Virtual Library (Digital Learning Space)
7.1 Service Details
- The Bhagya Achievers Virtual Library is a digital platform for students to manage and track their studies.
- It does not include study resources, e-books, reference material, or downloadable content.
- For such resources, students can access the Bhagya Achievers Community, available free of cost on our official website.
7.2 Refund Eligible
- Duplicate Payment (student charged more than once).
- Service Non-Delivery (login not activated within 48 hours due to verified technical errors).
7.3 Refund Not Eligible
- A student changes their mind, selects the wrong plan, or is dissatisfied after access.
- The account has already been activated and used.
7.4 Cancellations, Upgrades & Validity
- Once activated, subscriptions cannot be cancelled.
- Upgrades allowed if current plan unused.
- Validity strictly as per purchased duration; extensions only with separate purchase.
8. Free Webinars
8.1 Free Access Terms
Bhagya Achievers conducts free webinars for guidance, updates, and exam preparation support.
8.2 No Refund/Cancellation
- Since webinars are free of cost, no refunds, cancellations, or replacements are applicable.
- Registration does not guarantee a recording; live participation is encouraged.
- Bhagya Achievers reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel webinars without compensation.
9. Community Policy – Free Study Material & Doubt Section
9.1 Purpose & Resources
- Free learning platform for CA, CS, CMA, Banking & Insurance, and competitive exam students.
- Resources: Notes, RTPs, MTPs, PYQs, faculty notes, question banks, exam guidance, updates.
9.2 Doubt Section
- Students can post doubts to be answered by peers, seniors, or subject experts.
- Responses are for guidance; students should verify independently before use.
9.3 Usage Rules
- All resources are free; no refund or cancellation applies.
- Misuse (spam, abusive language, irrelevant posts) may lead to suspension or removal.
- Bhagya Achievers provides the platform; content responsibility lies with contributors or original sources.
9.4 Non-Commercial Use & No Buying/Selling Policy
- Bhagya Achievers Community operates strictly as a non-commercial learning and knowledge-sharing platform.
- Expert faculty and users may voluntarily share notes, updates, and answers without any commercial intent.
- Buying, selling, advertising, promotion, or solicitation of paid courses, notes, services, mentorships, or any commercial offerings is strictly prohibited on the platform.
10. Products and Services Disclaimer
- We strive to provide 100% accurate, updated and reliable content across all services.
- Despite best efforts, minor errors or omissions may occur or content may not reflect the latest updates.
- Students are encouraged to verify important details and report discrepancies for timely correction.
- Content is regularly reviewed and updated as per exam notifications, syllabus changes, and official announcements.
- Our resources are exam-oriented and practice-focused, designed to guide learning.
- Results depend on individual preparation, consistency, and exam performance; outcomes may vary.
11. Miscommunication or Misunderstanding of Services
- Miscommunication with counsellor/support regarding attempt, attempt validity, attempt selection, or course level requires student to pay the price difference if actual course is higher.
- No refund provided in such cases.
12. Important Guidelines
12.1 Refund Timeline
All refund/replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase or activation.
12.2 Login Misuse
Sharing login or misusing services may lead to termination without refund.
12.3 Upgrade/Downgrade Rules
- Upgrades are allowed if original service is unused.
- Downgrades are not permitted.
13. Modes and Timeline of Refunds
- Refunds will go back to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
- We do not give cash refunds.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
- Any applicable processing fees will be deducted from refund amount.
14. Special Offer / Discount Purchases
If a student purchases any course, test series, mentorship, or service during a discount, promotional deal, or special offer, no refund will be entertained in any case, regardless of the reason.
15. Legal Jurisdiction
- Bhagya Achievers is a registered entity in Haryana, India.
- All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Sirsa, Haryana courts.
16. Agreement
- By buying or accessing our services, you agree to follow this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- We may change this policy without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
