According to section 2(24) of the companies act 2013, a Company Secretary(CS) is a person appointed by the company to carry out the company secretary’s responsibilities as outlined in section 2(1)(c) of the companies act, 1980.

- Contract Drafting:-Contract drafting has many scope in abroad and a person who has qualified as both a lawyer and company secretary is aware of the financial and legal implications between the parties and can even assist the parties in drafting the contract.
