Candidates with visual impairment who may not be able to physically write the declaration by hands are given special provision in the RBI Grade B 2026 Notification. 

  • They are permitted to type the declaration text instead of handwriting it.
  • After typing, they must place their left thumb impression below the typed text before scanning
  • The file should still meet the same specifications: 800x400 px, 50-100 KB, JPG/JPEG
  • The thumb impression acts as the authentication marker instead of handwriting.
