SBI SO Selection Process 2026 

1. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisting based on their educational qualifications, relevant work experience, and additional criteria determined by the bank’s shortlisting committee. 

2. Interview: The interview will carry a total of 100 marks. The minimum qualifying marks will be decided by the bank. 

3. CTC Negotiation: Applicable only for the AVP (IS Audit) contractual post.

4. Final Merit List: Final merit list is prepared based on interview performance. In case of equal interview scores, preference will be given to the older candidate. 

5. Document verification/medical test.
