CS Executive Exam Dec 2024, Exam Dates, Syllabus, Exam Pattern

The Institute of Company Secretary conducts the ICSI CS Executive exam and has released the full schedule for the CS Executive exams scheduled for Dec 2024. To be eligible for this exam you need to have passed the CSEET exam or meet the eligibility criteria.

ICSI CS Executive 2024 Syllabus 

ICSI has unveiled a new syllabus for the CS Executive exam. Students who are already registered for the exam can switch to the new syllabus. The First exam under the new syllabus 2022 is set for December 2023 while the Last exam under the old syllabus will happen in December 2024.

CS Executive Marking Scheme:

  • For descriptive/subjective questions: There is no negative marking
  • For objective questions: 0.25 mark to be deducted for each wrong answer, and 1 mark is given for each right answer

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) sets specific passing marks. To pass the CS Executive exam candidates need to achieve a minimum of 40% marks in each paper in both Module I and Module II and an overall aggregate score of at least 50% across all the papers. Candidates who meet all these passing criteria will be eligible to give the next level exam which is CS Professional.

ICSI CS Executive Exam 2024 Result 

The CS Executive June 2024 results are expected to be declared 45 days after the exam date. Students can check their results, by using their CS Registration number and roll number.

Steps to download the CS Executive Result 2024:

Step 1: Go to the official website icsi.edu. 

Step 2: Click on the program you want to check the result for.

Step 3: Enter your login details, like your roll number and registration number.

Step 4: After that the screen will show your Scorecard

Step 5: Save and Print your mark sheet for future reference.

Note: ICSI also released the merit list and pass percentage along with the results for the CS Executive Course.
