CS Executive is the second level of the Company Secretary (CS) course. The Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI) changed the old syllabus 2017 to the new syllabus 2022. Following are the preparation tips to clear the CS executive exam:-

Choose the right study material:- Choose the appropriate textbooks and study materials, including ICSI-recommended books according to the CS executive syllabus.
