IBPS Clerk Designation is now changed
It is important to note that, there is a big change in the Indian Banking Sector, the designation “Clerk” is now changed as per the notification released by the IBPS. As per the notification the designation of Clerks has been changed to “Customer Service Associate”.
The changes aligns with the ongoing Common Recruitment Process for Clerks (CRP CLERKS –XIV) which was issued on 1 July, 2024 and will now be known as Common Recruitment Process for Recruitment of Customer Service Associates (CRP –CSA-XIV). There is no change in terms and conditions and if there will be any changes in future then IBPS will be posted on its official website.
