ICAI CA Application Form 2025: Important Instructions

Read the below points carefully related to the candidate photo in the CA Foundation exam form.

• That photo will not be accepted in which students wear caps/goggles/headgears.
• A photo of the candidate with glasses on will be accepted.
• The background of the photograph must be in white and clearly visible.
• If you are using flash while taking the picture, then make sure that there is no “red-eye”.
• Religious headgear is acceptable, but it should not cover the face.
• Make sure that the photo is completely visible against a white background.
• The size of the photo should be between 20 and 50 kb and in the jpg/jpeg format.
• The size of the scanned image of the signature must be 10-20 KB and in JPG/JPEG format.
• Signature should be done on a white sheet with a black pen, and it should be cropped well with no extra space.
