CA Foundation Exam Form Late Fee 2025 – Complete Details

Filling out the CA Foundation exam form is a crucial step to confirm your attempt in a particular exam cycle. ICAI opens the exam form window a few months before the exam date — and it’s essential to submit it on time. However, if you miss the last date, ICAI does offer a short extension period with a late fee.

What is the Late Fee?

If you fail to submit your exam form within the regular window, you’ll be allowed to apply during the extended window by paying a late fee of:

Rs. 600/- (for Indian and Kathmandu centres)

This late fee is charged in addition to the standard exam form fee of Rs. 1500/- bringing your total to Rs. 2100/-

Late Fee for Overseas Centres

For students appearing from overseas exam centres, the late fee of $10 also applies. The regular overseas exam fee is $325, so late submissions would require $325 + $10.
