NIACL AO Recruitment 2024: Eligibility
The candidate must hold the required educational qualification, age limit to be eligible for applying for Generalist Administrative Officer in New India Assurance. Below we have discussed the detailed eligibility criteria for NIACL AO 2024.
NIACL AO Recruitment 2024: Nationality
A candidate must be:
(a) a citizen of India, or
(b) a subject of Nepal, or
(c) a subject of Bhutan, or
(d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 01st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
(e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) and (e) shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Govt. of India

NIACL AO Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
The NIACL AO has three selection process namely, Prelims, Mains, and an Interview. After passing the prelims and mains exam students can appear for the interview round this is an offline interview.
Prelims: In this there are three subjects namely, English, reasoning, and quantitative aptitude. There is total number of 100 objective types of questions and the time duration of the prelims exam is 1 hour.
Mains: After clearing prelims exam, student can appear for the mains exam. Mains exam has both objective and descriptive type of questions.
Interview: The interview is conducting offline. The final selection is based in interview and mains exam marks.

NIACL AO Recruitment 2024 Mains Exam Pattern
The NIACL AO Mains exam is divided into 2 sections namely, Objective and Descriptive type. To pass the mains exam it is necessary to pass both the sections. The duration of objective type questions is 2 hours and for descriptive part the duration is 30 minutes. There is a negative marking of 0.25 for every wrong answer.
