Corporate and other law is divided into two parts: company laws and other laws. Company Law as the name suggests, it is all about the provisions related to a company.

CA Inter Corporate and Other Law Self-Study Tips:

  • Start your preparation from the small and easy chapters of the companies Act which are covered under Category A.
  • After completing company law from all the categories (A, B, and C) then start preparing other law. Also, other laws give more attention to the Indian Contract Act and the Negotiable instrument Act.
  • Try to understand all the concepts very deeply because law is all about interpretation.
  • Make handwritten short notes at the time of preparation.
  • Grasp on all the section numbers is important.
  • At the time of exams, if you are 100% sure about the section number, then it is good but if you are not sure about the section number, then it is better not to write because the wrong section number will deduct your marks.
